Application Overview
   In the process of petroleum refining and chemical production, if the raw materials contain excessive chlorine, it will not only accelerate the consumption of catalysts, but also corrode equipment, easily causing losses and accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to control the chlorine content of raw materials, products and production processes. The traditional microcoulometric method is cumbersome to operate, the chlorine conversion rate is affected by various conditions of the instrument, and the accuracy and repeatability are poor. The latest standard "NB/SH/T0977-2019 Determination of Chlorine Content in Light Oil Products by Single Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer", the detection limit of chlorine is low, and the results are stable and reliable. More and more analysts tend to use single-wavelength X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to analyze trace chlorine content in petrochemical products.

Note: 
   White oil matrix, the standard added sulfur content is 0.7%, 1.2%, 2.2%, 2.7%, and the chlorine content is 2.0mg/kg. The chlorine content in the high-sulfur sample is obtained by DUBHE-1710 and HSLC software analysis.
