  •        In the process of petroleum refining and chemical production, if the raw materials contain trace chlorine, it will have a significant impact on catalyst consumption and product quality. Therefore, it is necessary to analysis the chlorine content of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in the production, so as to provide a scientific data for quality control.

The traditional method of measuring chlorine content in oil products by Coulomb method, but the conversion of chlorine is affected by various conditions of the instrument. More and more users tend to use the latest monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence method to detect the content of Trace Chlorine in oil products.

The monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is a new type of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. It focuses the high-strength characteristic rays of the X-ray tube on the smaller surface of the sample, excites the characteristic rays of the elements in the sample, and then focuses the characteristic rays of the specific elements (such as Cl: K α 2.62kev) on the detector to detect by using the second-order double curved crystals, So as to realize the detection of elements with high selectivity and sensitivity.

The monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer DUBHE-1710 can also be used for the determination of chlorine content in any liquid or solid. It can selectively excite and collect only the fluorescence rays of chlorine elements, thus ensuring its accuracy and sensitivity. It is the most effective method for the analysis of trace chlorine content in various samples

  • High sensitivity and accuracy
     Johansson type Double Curved Crystals

    Efficient stimulation
By means of Johansson type double curved crystal, the high-strength characteristic lines of the target emitted from the light tube are diffracted and focused on the smaller surface of the sample, which greatly reduces the background of scattered rays and improves the excitation efficiency of elements in the sample.

    Accurate determination
Through the secondary diffraction and focusing of the element rays in the sample by Johansson type curved crystals, the excellent peak to back ratio of the element to be measured is obtained

     Design of digital optical path
Integrated digital optical path forming design, high precision to ensure the accuracy of spectral lines

    High reliability
There is no moving part in the whole optical path. After factory tuning, the optical path will no longer produce errors and offsets, ensuring long-term use stability.

    Wide adaptability
It is suitable for the detection of chlorine in refined gasoline, diesel oil (as low as ~ 0.5ppm) and crude oil.

    Ultra low maintenance cost
         No cylinder gas consumption required
         No vacuum required

    Simple operation

  • Analysis of ultra-low chlorine content in gasoline, diesel, naphtha and Aromatics

——  Monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with ultra-low detection limit

The detection of chlorine content in product oil and intermediate products is an important index. DUBHE-1710 is convenient and accurate for the detection of ultra-low chlorine content in gasoline, diesel oil, naphtha and aromatics.

Analysis of trace chlorine content in residue

——  Monochromatic wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with ultra-low detection limit

The high content of chlorine in residual oil will reduce the activity of hydrogenation catalyst. The surface of residual oil will produce a flat detection surface through treatment. The results of DUBHE-1710 test can get a good repeatability.
